At Sunflower Mountain Mental Health, I bring nearly a decade of dedicated experience in mental health care and a profound passion for holistic healing that addresses both body and mind. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over nine years of professional expertise, I have worked with diverse populations and treated conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use disorders. I tailor evidence-based treatments to the unique needs of each client.
Guided by the belief that “people start to heal the moment they feel heard” (Cheryl Richardson), I strive to create a stigma-free, compassionate space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. My approach blends clinical precision with empathetic care, fostering a nonjudgmental environment that supports growth and healing.
Fluent in English, Igbo, and Yoruba, I am committed to providing culturally attuned mental health care, bridging gaps, and ensuring inclusivity for individuals from various backgrounds. Beyond my professional life, I find joy and inspiration in traveling and spending meaningful time with my family, cherishing moments of connection and shared experiences.
