I am a Kansas native who moved to Colorado in 2019 and I am a licensed Clinical Level Social Worker with a Master's Degree and 36 years in the field of Mental Health. I have a wide array of experience including community mental health, foster care, active duty military, college students on a university campus, and in-patient hospital work. I have worked with children/adolescents and adults of all ages. I have experience in Case Management, Therapy, and Management/Supervision.

I utilize a strengths-based approach by helping you identify your individual strengths and then exploring how we can utilize those strengths in your care and treatment. I practice active listening, teach coping skills that work with your specific situation and lifestyle, and help you with increasing your motivation to live life to the fullest. I meet you where you are on your journey of healing.

I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT) with the majority of my clients and I am trained in Cognitive Processing (CE) therapy for the treatment of PTSD/Trauma. I also offer Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for clients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I have extensive experience in crisis assessment/crisis response and I have done Critical Incident Debriefing.
