Hello and welcome! I'm Matty, the Office Manager here at Sunflower Mountain Mental Health. I am a little quirky and a tad nerdy, but I always strive for fabulousness in everything I do!

At SMMH, my top priority is ensuring that everyone, whether provider or patient, has a smooth, successful, and rewarding experience. I’m dedicated to bringing compassion, energy, and focused attention to every interaction, aiming to spread the same positivity and excellence that I value in my own life.

With years of experience in exceptional customer service, superior business management, and business organization mastery, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. My journey through insurance and healthcare has given me valuable insights into the complexities of the industry, and it’s those insights that help me navigate and support the dynamic nature of healthcare administration. I have a deep passion for logistics, but an even greater passion for people.

My goal is simple: I want every person I encounter to leave with a positive experience, feeling more accomplished than they did before.

I am deeply passionate about autonomy—having faced situations in my own life where my personal autonomy was compromised. As a result, I am a strong advocate for empowering others to speak up, own their journeys, and take control of their paths, whether in healthcare or elsewhere.
